  • Lead construction project execution for Micron's Clay, NY campus across site development, underground utilities, and vertical construction.

  • Manage schedule, cost, quality, and safety from preconstruction through commissioning.

  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams, contractors, and regulatory partners to deliver productionready facilities.

  • Drive digitalfirst execution using BIM, AIenabled progress tracking, and Procore systems.

  • Ensure adherence to Micron standards, safety requirements, and project governance frameworks.

What's Encouraged Daily:

  • Manage multiphase construction projects including planning, design coordination, execution, and commissioning.

  • Monitor schedule, cost, quality, and risk; implement mitigation plans to ensure project targets are met.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across all project scopes.

  • Lead coordination meetings, maintain contractor alignment, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

  • Oversee permitting and approvals with relevant authorities and maintain documentation within Procore.

  • Enforce design standards, validate field conditions, and manage scope changes that impact budget and schedule.

  • Drive continuous improvement using data, automation, and digital construction tools (BIM, AI tracking).

  • Partner with internal teams and trade partners to ensure timely delivery of construction packages and milestones.

How to Qualify:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

  • Demonstrated experience managing largescale industrial or semiconductorrelated construction projects.

  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

  • Proficiency in project management platforms and construction documentation workflows.

  • Ability to make sound decisions with minimal oversight in fastpaced environments.

  • Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes

What Sets You Apart:

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent.

  • Experience using Primavera P6, Procore, BIM platforms, and digital construction technologies.

  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and safety regulations.

  • Experience managing diverse vendor, contractor, and stakeholder groups.

  • Background in facility/building management and technical systems integration.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$88,000.00 - $193,000.00 a year

Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
