Job Title: Construction Helper

Location: East Syracuse, NY.


Overview

Join a hands‑on team supporting modular office construction and maintenance. As a Construction Helper, you’ll assist with site cleanup, material handling, and basic repairs for office units built inside large storage containers. This role is ideal for someone with general construction or remodeling experience who enjoys physical, team‑based work.


What You’ll Do
  • Keep work areas clean through debris removal, sweeping, and waste disposal.
  • Load, unload, and move furniture, equipment, and materials.
  • Transport items safely on‑site and occasionally to offsite locations.
  • Assist with minor repairs and site prep tasks.
  • Maintain modular office units and surrounding work areas.
  • Follow supervisor instructions to complete daily tasks efficiently.
  • Uphold safety standards and report hazards immediately.
  • Help organize the shop, yard, and trailer spaces.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

  • 6+ months of general labor, construction, or similar experience.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
  • Reliable transportation to East Syracuse.
