Because of our growth, we are seeking a Superintendent with strong civil, utility, ground-up construction experience to lead projects in the commercial, civil, utility and industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every stage.

Job description:

Oversee all field operations for civil, utility and ground-up construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Manage day-to-day onsite activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.

Develop and maintain construction schedules, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or challenges.

Enforce high construction standards, conduct regular inspections, and ensure all work meets the highest quality expectations.

Implement and enforce company and OSHA safety policies, conducting daily jobsite safety meetings and ensuring a culture of safety on-site.

Serve as the primary onsite representative, fostering strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.

Proactively identify and resolve project issues to maintain efficiency and minimize delays.

Qualifications:

5+ recent years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction, with a strong emphasis on civil, utility and ground-up projects.

Strong knowledge of building codes and practices, specific construction management requirements.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Proven track record of managing subcontractors and project teams effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management software.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
