  • Identify construction risks, delays, interface conflicts, and potential change impacts, and escalate them to project leadership with recommended mitigation actions.
  • Support review of contractor lookahead schedules, manpower plans, material delivery status, and field productivity.
  • Coordinate with the safety team and contractors to monitor compliance with project safety requirements; contractor remains responsible for means, methods, and site safety execution.
  • Assist with review of payment applications, change order documentation, progress validation, and field quantity verification as needed.
  • Support turnover, commissioning readiness, punch list management, and closeout of CSA work packages.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of construction management or field supervision experience, with strong CSA discipline experience.
  • Prior experience on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, marine, shipyard, or heavy civil projects strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural construction sequencing, field coordination, quality control, and contract document interpretation.
  • Experience working with general contractors, subcontractors, design teams, and Owner / PMC organizations.
