Location: Main Branch

Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM & Friday, 8:00AM – 6:00PM

Compensation: $24.00/hourly

Join our dynamic Operations Team in Nashville, TN

We are seeking a member focused Video Banker that serves as a key point of contact for TENCU members, delivering exceptional service in a blended digital environment. This role supports members through interactive video, telephone, web chat, and secure messaging while working as part of a team in a call center environment.

What You'll Do: With a dedication to a member centric approach

  • Provide exceptional member service through friendly, professional, and courteous interactions
  • Assist members using video banking tools and various computer programs
  • Handle member inquiries through phone, video, email, secure mail, and other digital channels
  • Open and maintain deposit accounts and ancillary services
  • Process member requests such as:
    • Regulation E inquiries
    • Stop payments
    • ACH inquiries
    • Account maintenance and closures
    • Password resets and account information requests
  • Interview members and process consumer loan applications, including:
    • Gathering required documentation
    • Making loan decisions within approved authority
    • Closing, funding, and disbursing loans
    • Meeting with members regarding declined loans
  • Effectively cross-sell credit union products and services
  • Maintain compliance with federal regulations, policies, and procedures

  • Experience with consumer loans and new accounts preferred
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with at least 95% accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools such as Outlook

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to use a computer for long periods of time.
