About the role


We'reseekingan experienced and results-drivenInfluencer Marketing Managerto lead influencer strategy and campaign execution for an international jewellery company. This U.S.-based role will focus on building awareness, engagement, and interest in the brand's products across the U.S. market, while aligning with globalobjectivesand market-specific priorities.

The role will be primarily dedicated to a project with aninternational jewellery company, working tobuild brand interestthrough influencer-led storytelling and strategic social activations.You'llbe expected to quickly understand the brand's landscape, audience, and priorities - and translate that knowledge into actionable influencer and social strategies that reflect market nuances and deliver measurable impact.

  • Identify, recruit, and managemacro and mid-tier influencerswho are known for shaping trends and driving cultural conversations on social media.
  • Manage an Influencer Executive, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless campaign delivery, influencer communication, and reporting accuracy.
  • Oversee influencer content creation and campaign execution, ensuring brand alignment, creative excellence, and measurable results.

About you

  • 3-5+ years' experiencein influencer marketing - preferably within theluxury, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven successexecuting influencer campaigns in the U.S., with experience managingmacro and mid-tier creatorswho drive trends and cultural engagement.
  • Demonstrated experienceworking across multiple markets, adapting global brand priorities to local audiences.
  • Deep understanding ofsocial platforms(Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta) and their role in influencer engagement and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity withpaid and organic influencer integration, including boosting creator content and aligning with paid media teams.
  • Experience managinginfluencer and creator relationships, from sourcing and negotiation to briefing, content review, and campaign execution.
  • Skilled incontent planning and ideation, ensuring influencer deliverables align with campaignobjectivesand brand aesthetics.
  • Competent in usinginfluencer and social analytics platforms(such asCreatorIQ, Tagger,Traackr, or similar) toidentifycreators, track performance, and generate insights.
  • Strong understanding ofreporting metricsincludingEngagement Rate (ER%),Cost per Metric(CPM),Earned Media Value (EMV), andsentiment analysis(positive, neutral, negative).
  • Experience providingweekly and monthly reportingto clients or senior stakeholders, distilling data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
