The Assistant Manager, North America Brand Marketing supports execution across some of the most visible categories in North America. This role is accountable for the day-to-day coordination, tracking, and detail that keep category strategy on schedule and on brand.

Acting as the support across the North America Brand Marketing team for all relevant categories and Events, this individual keeps calendars, trackers, and strategic updates current so cross-functional partners can move quickly and stay aligned.

This role is ideal for a marketer who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a foundation in luxury brand marketing by owning the mechanics that make launches run smoothly

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Maintain the North America calendar, tracking deadlines and deliverables across all relevant categories
  • Build and update launch trackers, timelines, and status reports for cross-functional partners
  • Support execution of 360 GTM activations, coordinating logistics and deliverables across teams
  • Prepare briefs, decks, and presentation materials for internal reviews and launch meetings
  • Conduct competitive and category research to inform priorities and flag opportunities
  • Partner with Global Marketing, Creative, Trade Marketing, Sales, PR/Comms, DTC, VM, and Events to gather inputs and track open action items
  • Compile sales, SKU contribution, and brand health metrics into regular reporting
  • Manage day-to-day category administration, including asset requests, sample coordination, and vendor follow-up
  • Support post-launch recaps and performance summaries
  • Ensure all supporting materials reflect Hourglass' luxury brand standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing, brand, or related experience; relevant internships considered
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable building decks and trackers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for beauty and luxury brands
  • Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time

The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000 per year. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
