  • Negotiate transportation solutions and service options with agents, carriers, vendors, and internal partners when appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, departmental procedures, and transportation regulations
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, operational records, and related system updates
  • Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve workflows and service outcomes
  • Handle escalations and support department priorities as needed
What We’re Looking For:Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, operations, pricing, quoting, finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret pricing structures and operational requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities across internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working within systems and managing detailed transactional information
Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting transportation quoting, pricing, registration, brokerage, or logistics operations
  • Experience supporting TL, LTL, brokerage, auto transportation, or specialized freight operations
  • Familiarity with tariffs, transportation pricing methodologies, order registration, or transportation management systems (TMS)
  • Experience working with transportation operations, carrier networks, or logistics service providers
  • Exposure to transportation regulations and operational processes
Benefits & Work Environment
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Generous paid time off, holidays, and personal leave
  • Life insurance, disability coverage, and employee assistance programs
  • Professional development and growth opportunities
