What You'll Do
We're looking for a detail-driven IT Systems Coordinator to keep our IT operations running smoothly. This role owns device management, hybrid workforce support, office network infrastructure, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance evidence - working closely with Security and HR in a SOC 2 / ISO 27001 environment.
  • Provide technical support to a hybrid and remote workforce
  • Deploy and maintain macOS (Jamf) and Windows (Intune) devices
  • Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Google Workspace
  • Monitor endpoint health and remediate devices flagged by EDR or compliance tooling
  • Maintain office network infrastructure (UniFi switching, APs, firewalls)
  • Own onboarding/offboarding access provisioning and revocation
  • Manage device inventory, issuance, and record-keeping
  • Automate workflows via PowerShell, Bash, and REST APIs
  • Maintain runbooks, procedures, and configurations
  • Support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 evidence collection
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Security, HR, and IT

What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years in IT support or systems coordination
  • Proficiency with Jamf, Intune, Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Google Workspace
  • Network administration experience (UniFi or comparable)
  • PowerShell and Bash scripting; familiarity with REST APIs
  • Strong documentation habits and detail-oriented work style
  • Familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 frameworks
  • Clear communicator; organized, reliable, and self-directed
  • Houston, TX based; onsite required (hybrid Fridays optional)

Nice to Have
  • SaaS-heavy or startup environment experience
  • IAM automation (SCIM, API-driven provisioning)
  • EDR and MDM compliance exposure
