D.H. Griffin Infrastructure, LLC is a leading heavy civil construction company specializing in site grading and development, specialty concrete, and underground utilities and systems. We are seeking an experienced Utility Foreman with a full crew of operators and laborers to join our team in Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected company that values safety, teamwork, and professional growth. As a Utility Foreman, you and your crew will play a key role in the installation of water, sewer, and storm drain systems on municipal, industrial, and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a crew of operators and laborers in the installation of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and storm drain systems.
  • Interpret and implement project plans and specifications to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Operate and oversee the use of heavy equipment as required for utility installation.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and other team members to resolve issues and maintain project flow.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
