Job description

We’re hiring an Inspection Sales Coordinator to support the growth of our inspection business by owning the front end of incoming inspection work. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, converts inspection inquiries into well-scoped quotes, and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

This is not a cold-sales role and not a project management position. It’s a high-responsibility, detail-driven estimating and coordination role with training, mentorship, and a clear path for growth as our inspection operation scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound inspection inquiries via phone, email, and web
  • Qualify leads by capturing scope, timeline, and customer context, and log everything cleanly in HubSpot
  • Build and send quotes for inspection work, starting with routine jobs and advancing into more complex scopes as you ramp
  • Proactively follow up on open quotes, stale opportunities, and dormant customers
  • Maintain an accurate, current HubSpot pipeline that leadership can trust as a single source of truth
  • Coordinate with the Inspection Manager and field team to ensure quotes reflect real scope, timelines, and crew capacity
  • Occasionally ride along on job sites to build technical fluency and product knowledge

Required Experience

  • 1-4 years in a customer-facing role requiring organization and responsiveness (inside sales, service coordination, dispatch, counter sales, project coordination, or similar)
  • Confident and professional on the phone and over email with unfamiliar customers
  • Highly organized by default — nothing falls through the cracks
  • Coachable, curious, and genuinely interested in learning an industry
  • Proficient with standard office software

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to industrial, construction, fuel, environmental, or trades-adjacent industries
  • Prior experience with HubSpot or another CRM
  • Familiarity with storage tanks, inspections, or compliance work
