Principais Responsabilidades (mas nao se limita a):
- Comunicacao L&C
- Treinamentos eLearning L&C
- TPRM e revisao de contratos
- Suporte ferramentas: eCORE, LEAH, Sharepoint de politicas e Sharepoint L&C
- Legal Ops (Relatorios, Controle/FUP Pagamentos/Pagamentos Judiciais)
- Cadastro e solicitacao de documentos
Requisitos Minimos:
- Formacao: Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Direito
- Ingles intermediario
- Experiencia inicial em Compliance, Juridico, Auditoria, Governanca, Controles Internos ou areas administrativas. Gestao de processos e atividades operacionais sera considerada um diferencial.
- Conhecimento em Microsoft Office 365: Excel, Word, PowerPoint intermediario. SharePoint e Ferramentas de IA (Copilot ou similares) tambem serao bem-vindos.
- Habilidade com Gestao documental. Elaboracao de relatorios e indicadores.Power BI e Power Automate sera considerado um diferencial.
