Job description

Part Time Days: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Weekends/Holidays: Every other
Must be CNA Certified
16 years of age or older for CNA and RCS
Starting $28/hour plus experience
The CNA/RSC/UMA provides direct care for the resident and is responsible for carrying out the needs of the resident according to the comprehensive assessment, analysis of the care plan. The in collaboration with the Charge Nurse and other team members will assure the resident cares are being met along with the other daily needs such as activities, therapies, laundry, passing medications, cleanliness of the resident and their room.
The CNA/RSC/UMA works under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse to assist with nursing care as directed by the nurse and resident care plan. The CNA/RSC/UMA in collaboration with all facility team members will assure the families, resident and other team members are educated with the residents needs. The CNA/RSC/UMA assists each resident to achieve and maintain the highest level of health and physical condition their functions include: personal hygiene, cleaning, comfort medications and safety measures, assisting with activities, and simple nursing procedures outlined in the job responsibilities. The CNA/RSC/UMA has the ability and willingness to follow written and verbal instructions and work under close supervision. Effective verbal and written communications skills are necessary.
Special Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Must have covid vaccine or exemption.
Must either have or be able to obtain CPR within 4 months of hire.
