Job description

Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical and technical instruction during the ultrasound sales cycle and post-sale process to internal and external customers, including on‑site visits with physicians and sonographers.
  • Conduct professional ultrasound product demonstrations and post-installation training to customers’ clinical staff.
  • Persuasively demonstrate and communicate the clinical and operational advantages of the system to end‑users, influencing purchasing decisions and driving adoption through consultative selling and expertise.
  • Provide clinical and technical support at trade shows and professional conferences.
  • Collaborate with the product management and service teams to share field feedback and improve product performance.
  • Support the sales and service teams with clinical expertise and customer engagement strategies.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction post-installation and proactively address concerns.
  • Ensure escalation situations are managed and resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with basic on-site troubleshooting to resolve service-related issues.
Requirements
  • RDMS certification required; (OB/GYN and Fetal Echo); must possess excellent knowledge of the technical and clinical aspects of diagnostic ultrasound.
  • 4‑10 years of clinical ultrasound experience in MFM, Ob/Gyn and Fetal Echo applications required.
  • Skilled in 2D, 3D and Color Doppler across applications.
  • Must be able to be compliant with hospital credentialing requirements.
  • Previous commercial experience as a Clinical Applications Specialist preferred.
  • Strong market knowledge and competitive attitude.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to perform clinical and product training to all levels of customers.
  • Must be self‑motivated, results‑oriented and team‑focused.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
