An Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in his/her field of experience. Must be highly organized and able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
We are currently seeking a hands-on Business Systems Lead/SME who can hit the ground from day1. In this role we are looking for an analyst with 5+ years of experience in UltiPro functionality and possesses the ability to analyze and determine how to fulfill business needs, analyzes system capabilities, and configure and resolve system functionality issues.
This person would work closely with our HRIS team to take a lead role in migrating UltiPro to PeopleSoft system, while simultaneously developing process requirements and driving continuous improvements and new functionality in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
As an HR Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various HR systems, including UltiPro, PeopleSoft, and others - the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Onboarding platform, and HR Information System (HRIS).
Your primary goal will be to optimize the performance and effectiveness of these systems and processes. You will work on designing solutions that cater to the functional requirements of HR processes and maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data throughout all systems. You will serve as a crucial resource for management, empowering them to make well-informed business decisions based on HR data and processes.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the HRIS, ensuring the security, seamless operations, efficient reporting, and data integrity of the system. Communicate any software or hardware issues to the IT department and collaborate to find solutions.
• Be part of the migration from UltiPro to PeopleSoft and the process enhancements.
• Determine the training needs of end-users and provide instruction on system features, usage, and new processes and procedures.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of various human capital data reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Develop a comprehensive library of HRIS reports and establish a schedule for regular file transfers and HRIS tasks.
• Conduct data analysis, updates, exports, imports, and other related tasks.
• Investigate and address HRIS challenges, such as data transfer complications, process shortcomings, and data inconsistencies, and propose effective solutions.
• At least five (5) years of experience with UltiPro HRIS ERP.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and decision-making skills, as well as the capacity for discretion and initiative.
• Proficiency in compiling, organizing, and analyzing data for reporting and trend analysis purposes.
• The ability to multitask effectively and create streamlined processes.
