Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about helping residents strengthen communication, cognitive abilities, and swallowing function while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
What You'll Do:
  • Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
  • Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident's functional goals
  • Provide therapy services for post-acute, neurological, and medically complex patients
  • Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to support continuity of care
  • Monitor resident progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
