Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part-Time
Braddock Heights at Autumn Lake
Frederick, MD
$43–$48/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys building strong resident relationships while helping patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.

What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop individualized therapy plans focused on functional progress and quality outcomes
  • Work with residents recovering from neurological, medical, and post-acute conditions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to coordinate care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
