Job Description

Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, Inc. is looking for a HR Coordinator to provideย administrative and operational support for Human Resources by coordinating employee programs, maintaining records and systems, supporting communications and compliance activities, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The essential duties and responsibilities listed below are not all encompassing.ย  Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned consistent with business requirements.)

  • Coordinates and supports employee programs, events, and initiatives;
  • Provides administrative support for Human Resources operations and activities;
  • Maintains employee records, reports, and HR-related documentation;
  • Supports employee communications and engagement efforts;
  • Assists with training, compliance, and organizational programs;
  • Coordinates HR systems, processes, and administrative functions;
  • Supports special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned; and
  • Serves as a resource for employees and management regarding HR programs and procedures.
Qualifications
  • High School graduate with some post-secondary business-related education preferred;
  • Extensiveย administrative and event planning experience;
  • Human Resources experience preferred;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Must possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills;
  • Strong written communication skills;
  • Strong layout and proofreading skills;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills;
  • Highly proficient computer skills to include excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to work appropriately with confidential information; and
  • Strong project management skills.
