About the Role
We're seeking Remote Contract Ukrainian Interpreters to join our dynamic team. If you're fluent in English and Ukrainian, have a passion for helping others, and value professionalism and accuracy, this role is for you! As an interpreter, you'll play a vital role in bridging communication gaps while providing a reliable, unbiased, and empathetic experience for those you assist.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
  • A dedication to delivering courteous, accurate, and professional interpretation services.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Bonus Points:
Prior experience as Over-the-Phone Interpreter (OPI) (is a plus, but not a dealbreaker!)
Getting Started
To ensure the highest quality of service, here's what you'll need to complete during onboarding:
  • English Proficiency Test: Achieve a "technical proficiency" rating (level 3 or higher on the ILR scale).
  • Mock Interpretation Session: Successfully pass a live evaluation.
  • Medical Terminology Assessment: Pass an online test covering medical terms, anatomy, and physiology.
  • Background Check & Security Screening.
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement and confidentiality commitment (including HIPAA compliance).
