A UKG Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing and optimizing the use of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) workforce management software within an organization. This role typically involves managing employee timekeeping, scheduling, payroll, and HR processes using UKG solutions. UKG Managers ensure the system is configured correctly, provide training and support to users, and work to maximize efficiency and compliance with labor laws.
