Role: UKG Solution Architect
Location: Remote - Fulltime Position
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Experience in leading large-scale UKG Pro WFM implementations and providing strategic direction to
ensure successful implementation and optimization. Experience as a solution architect
for UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Implementation for a multi country rollout
• Proven track record in providing comprehensive
• Experience in defining system architecture, , ensuring alignment to business needs and
driving technical excellence through this implementation
• Expert in UKG Pro WFM modules, including Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling,
• Forecasting, Dell Boomi, and Device Manager. Skilled in customizing these modules to meet
• specific client needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Experience in integrating these modules with other enterprise systems to streamline
• processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM, systems integrations and WFM best practices.
• Lead the technical configuration of Time tracking, Advanced Scheduling & forecasting,
• accruals, Analytics & Reports, Dell Boomi Integration, Device Configuration,
• Mobile configuration and compliance,
• Lead the Configuration and Troubleshooting for following modules in UKG Pro - Timekeeper/ Accruals/
• Leave/ Attendance/ Attestation/ Advanced Scheduler/ Activities
• Lead the design of integrations using Dell Boomi and other integration platforms aligning to
the best practices and customer priorities.
• Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules,
break rules, exception rule etc. Support changes to existing configurations and
build new as need basis.
Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Solution Architect for UKG Pro WFM Implementation - End-to-end implementation solutions
from inception to completion, involving requirements gathering, system design, configuration,
testing, deployment, staggered rollout and hypercare.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
1. UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred)
2. Experience working as a solution architect for Kronos WFC
3. A self-starter and can deliver and be adaptable in understanding functional and technical requirements.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision.
6. Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
