Responsibilities

Position reports to ED-Enterprise Business Design or designee. The UKG WFM Advanced Scheduler is responsible for leading and supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of UKG Workforce Management (formerly Kronos) Advanced Scheduling solutions. Collaborate with leaders across departments to design scheduling models that improve workforce efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement. Maintain and support the existing schedules for each department and work on ways to enhance and improve the user experience. Responsible for general UKG WFM help desk questions and collaborating with other UKG team members to ensure swift help to user issues and requests. This role combines functional consulting, UKG WFM management, and technical expertise in UKG’s advanced scheduling modules.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience working with UKG WFM (Dimensions, Pro, or Workforce Central), specifically in Advanced Scheduler.
  • Proven experience across the full implementation lifecycle: requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with Boomi integrations or comparable middleware platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Functional knowledge of HRIS and Payroll systems (e.g., UKG Pro, Workday, SAP, ADP).
  • Technical understanding of data interfaces, SQL reporting, or system integrations.
  • Current MVR required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $106,454.40 - USD $179,504.00 /Yr.
