JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for developing and implementing RPA solutions for the company, working closely with business analysts and process owners to identify areas where RPA can be implemented to drive the successful adoption of automation. Responsible for owning deliverables across the automation journey to ensure automation use cases and scenarios are correctly constructed and documented. Responsible to guide and mentor less-experienced developers.

POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the automation journey from discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Work with IT infrastructure to coordinate the provisioning and support of related tools and technologies, such as the development and maintenance of VMs, bot credentials, asset storage, etc.
  • Participate with other senior team members to develop and maintain the UiPath cloud infrastructure, bot provisioning, and orchestration.
  • Develop and maintain best practices for RPA design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify areas where RPA can be implemented to drive the successful adoption of automation.
  • Support and mentor less-experienced developers, including conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
  • Stay updated with RPA technologies and tools and share knowledge with the team.
  • Complete other projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or a related field is required.
  • Advanced UiPath developer certification (UiARD) is required.
  • 4-6 years of experience with software development and/or RPA technologies is required.
  • Other IT/programming certifications, such as CompTIA Network+ or Security+, or in languages like C# or VB, are strongly desired.
  • Insurance-specific designations, such as CPCU, AIC, etc., are desired.
  • Experience in .NET, HTML, JavaScript, C#, VB, and advanced automation tools (OCR, IDP, AI/ML) is desired.
