Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to own and drive product management and marketing activities for Managed Flash Memory products (e-MMC and UFS) to a large array of OEMs across many industries and applications. The ideal candidate will be involved in all aspects of marketing, and will drive business for KIOXIA's products, identifying new applications and markets, providing customer feedback to shape future products and roadmaps, negotiating pricing, and handle any challenges that arise with ingenuity and resolve to solve them.
*This position may have the opportunity for job rotation*
Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to product marketing efforts for eMMC/UFS and other Flash Memory products.
  • Responsible for a wide array of activities that enable sales growth, including marketing activities related to promotion, product, pricing and product placement, supported by the continuous acquisition of knowledge from the voice of customers and the market
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Japan, KIOXIA overseas companies, Sales, Engineering and other departments to help resolve issues and expand KIOXIA's business
  • Develop in-depth technical understanding of the products to the extent appropriate in understanding their business implications, to enhance decision making
  • Support the creation and presentation of promotional material which showcase the benefits and technology of KIOXIA's e-MMC and UFS memory
  • Conduct persuasive and informative presentations to customers, management and others
  • Regular travel required: ~ 20% (mostly domestic, some international)

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree, Business/Marketing or Engineering, plus 5+ years relevant job experience.
  • Position is primarily business oriented, but requires some technical aptitude.
  • High standard of excellence, results orientated, flexibility and openness to change. Ability to work well autonomously.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment with cross-functional global teams in multiple time zones.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal as well as presentation skills.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
