Grace Health is searching for Certified Medical Assistants!


Certified Medical Assistant - Student Health Center.
Floating between Springfield Middle School and Northwestern Performing Arts Academy.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:15a - 3:45p (30-minute lunch)

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: (This list is not all inclusive.)

  1. Obtains accurate patient data
  2. Documents in the medical record
  3. Prepares exam rooms and procedure rooms
  4. Assists provider during exams and procedures
  5. Administers medications, per written order
  6. Provides educational materials to patient/family
  7. Provides explanation of lab results, diagnostic testing results and provider orders to patient/family
  8. Assists with cleaning and stocking of exam rooms and suites
  9. Performs CLIA waived testing
  10. General office duties, as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation from an accredited medical assisting program and state certification (CMA, CCMA or RMA).
- Current BCLS certification and experience in pediatric primary care preferred
