Job description

We are seeking a Paralegal/UCC Specialist to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support the needs of business, attorneys, lenders, corporations, accountants and individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research (UCC, Tax Liens, Judgments, Litigation, Bankruptcy, Etc.)
  • Compile Reports
  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
  • Document Retrievals
  • UCC & public record searches and filings

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience or education as a paralegal or other legal field
  • Familiarity with legal research
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity and understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • UCC Experience required
