Job description

**About the Role:**The Uber Advertising team is seeking a Technical Audience Solutions and Data Signals senior analyst to grow our data monetization and audience taxonomy development.You will lead the strategy and implementation for Uber Advertising's audience taxonomy, data signal monetization, advanced contextual audience solutions and data integration partners. This is a unique IC role working on one of the most exciting data advertising teams that blends long-term strategic thinking with consumer psychology, data analytics and business monetization acumen.**What You'll Do:**- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and executive alignment for data monetization initiatives, with a focus on activating 1st party data insights and audiences across Uber O&O as well as Off Platform channels- Partner with sales and account teams to translate advertising campaign and audience objectives into technical 1st party data audience solutions and audience taxonomy management.- Track and measure audience adoption and performance metrics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for audience best practices and optimization opportunities.- Lead PII-based integration conversations with key data platform partners to enable data activation, audience insights and data enrichment use cases- Partner with legal to ensure all launches meet Uber's data privacy and targeting policy requirements and that all data architecture is properly documented**Basic Qualifications:**- 4+ years of experience in Advertising Tech or Marketing Tech- Deep analytical skills and familiarity with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, holdouts, etc)- Proficiency with SQL- Bachelor's degree**Preferred Qualifications:**- 7+ years of experience in Advertising Tech or Marketing Tech- 3+ years of experience in product management, data analytics or a technical audience strategy role- A passion for all things audiences and data with strong knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting and identity, specifically for advertising use cases- Track record of working across multiple different technical and nontechnical teams to drive projects to completion- Experience developing data-driven roadmaps and product strategy- Background in Identity, Personalization, Audience Analytics and/or Data Monetization and a passion for Audiences.- Understanding of Identity graphs (LiveRamp, Epsilon, Experian, etc), Data Cleanrooms (AWS, LiveRamp, Snowflake, etc) and Customer Data Platforms (mParticle, Tealium, Segment, etc)- Experience creating and managing an audience taxonomy and working with CDP tooling and unstructured datasets- Proven collaboration with Legal, Privacy and Policy functions to ensure platform integrity and brand safety- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate seamlessly across product, engineering, go-to-market, and executive audiencesFor Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$122,000 per year - USD$135,500 per year.For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$135,000 per year - USD$150,000 per year.For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$135,000 per year - USD$150,000 per year.For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan
