Job Description
• Support pre-sales and post-sales technical activities for Data Center Solutions.
• Assist in understanding customer requirements and translating them into technical
specifications.
• Support system design, solution selection, and application feasibility studies.
• Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and technical presentations.
• Assist with product demonstrations, trainings, and workshops.
• Support troubleshooting activities and help perform root-cause analysis for technical issues.
• Act as a technical interface between customers, sales, R&D, and product management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or engineering related field.
• Fundamental technical understanding of engineering & electronics systems (e.g. AC/DC
converters, UPS, cooling solutions) and products.
• Basic understanding of technical documentation, schematics, or system diagrams.
• Ability to first response, on-site fault isolation, coordinate failure analysis with factory,
implement and verify corrective actions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical. stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.
• Ability to work in international, cross-functional teams.
• Working Location: UAE, or KSA
• Experience in a technical or engineering environment/project.
