Account Executive – Legal Sales

If you have legal industry experience, a consultative sales mindset, and a natural ability to connect with everyone from Paralegals to Managing Partners, we'd love to talk with you.

At U.S. Legal Support, you'll join a team that helps legal professionals navigate complex litigation matters through industry-leading court reporting, record retrieval, transcription, interpreting, and litigation support services.

Location: Multiple Locations/Positions - Must live in the Greater Houston area

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Comprehensive Benefits Package

What You'll Do (Your "Win the Day" List)
  • Drive sales of U.S. Legal Support's litigation support and legal services within an assigned territory
  • Manage and grow an established portfolio of client accounts while identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, insurance carriers, and other legal professionals
  • Deliver consultative presentations and product demonstrations across our service offerings
  • Understand pricing models and proposal structures while effectively communicating value to prospective clients
  • Maximize revenue growth through strategic account management and proactive business development
  • Train clients on U.S. Legal Support tools, technology, and solutions
  • Support marketing initiatives and generate referrals through relationship-building and networking
  • Attend required sales meetings, training sessions, and team events
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunities, and pipeline progress
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical business standards
Required Qualifications
  • Prior professional experience in legal services, litigation support, sales, business development, account management, or a related field
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
  • Strong ability to adapt, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory as business needs require
