Olive U Mediterranean Grill is an exciting, fresh, new experience for those who want to choose fresh and healthy choices when dining out. We are a new chain of fast casual restaurants in South Florida, specializing in gyros, salads and hand crafted Mediterranean flavored bowls.
Our Team members deliver the HEART for HOSPITALITY, have an infectious ability to make our guests SMILE and provide an impeccable guest experience every time they visit Olive U! Our team members go above and beyond to DELIGHT our guests and constantly represent the face of Olive U! Greeting the guest with a smile and a genuine welcome as they walk into one of the friendliest places to get their fresh and delicious meal is part of our culture!
At OLIVE U, we believe in sticking to our culture, planting our roots within our local community, empowering our team and providing leadership. This is our recipe for growth and success - along with our delicious fresh food!
All of our Team Members are versatile and are trained and able to work various positions.
Daily Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Providing exceptional guest service to each and every guest
  • Ensure guests are taken care of quickly, efficiently and in a manner that will make them the biggest fans of Olive U!
  • Smile...Smile...Smile...
  • Efficiently ring orders on the POS | Taking payment, giving change, executing with speed and accuracy.
  • Provide "table" service to guests in the dining room, offer refills, and extend hospitality attentiveness.
  • Daily cleaning duties.
