Job description

The Commercial Fleet Sales Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day support to the Fleet Managers and Fleet Director in a variety of administrative and operational functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  setting up deals, printing deal jackets, preparing paperwork, creating title applications, and providing general sales support to the fleet team. This position may also assist with moving vehicles and fueling vehicles, so a clean driving record is required.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Candidates should have strong computer/typing skills and have experience using our current systems, including Cox Automotive software --- VinSolutions & Dealertrack.  A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook is required.

A typical work schedule is 8:30am-5:30pm; Monday-Friday and some Saturdays with day off during the week.  A flexible schedule is also possible for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Fleet Managers and Fleet Director with daily administrative tasks
  • Set up deals and print deal paperwork
  • Prepare and process paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Create title applications
  • Provide general sales and administrative support to multiple team members
  • Assist with vehicle movement and fueling as needed

Qualifications:
