Job description

Schedule: 1-2 days a month MDSearch is seeking a Family Physician with Expertise in Medical Dermatology to take on the role of Medical Director at a leading aesthetic & dermatology clinic in St. Catharines, ON. Mainly, you will provide medical dermatology consultations and procedures, including lesion removal, mole mapping, and surveillance, with opportunities to incorporate cosmetic dermatology (mole removal, laser treatments, androgenic alopecia management, and tattoo removal).

As the Medical Director, your responsibilities will extend to overseeing the clinic's operations in collaboration with the Regional Director and support staff. Required Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 2 years experience in Dermatology. Current license in good standing with CPSO.

Diploma in Dermatology (e.g., Cardiff Diploma in Practical Dermatology) or equivalent postgraduate dermatology training required Prior leadership experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting. Comfortable performing dermatologic assessments and minor procedures. Interest in developing new skills (laser treatments, mole mapping, androgenic alopecia management)

Calm, mentoring approach with excellent patient care skills. Compensation: Productivity-based compensation with the potential to generate approximately $80K-$100K+ annually per 1 day/week commitment, once established (after clinic split, before taxes). In addition, there is a performance-based MRTP cross-promotion incentive that runs quarterly.
