At Twin Disc, we’ve spent over 100 years building innovative transmission and propulsion solutions that power industries around the world. As Twin Disc’s global expansion continues, we are hiring driven people who want to build a career that lasts.

Twin Disc – Racine, WI | Starting at $26.50/hr up to $38.00/hr

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.)
  • Read blueprints and perform precision measurements
  • Use gauges and inspection tools
  • Produce high-quality parts in a team environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years of CNC machining experience (lathes, mills, drilling, grinding)
  • Setup experience (desired)
  • Mechanical/technical experience and willingness to learn
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
  • We’ll train, if you’re willing to learn

What You Will Learn

  • Full-scope CNC machining (lathes, milling, drilling, gear work)
  • Setup processes and advanced machining operations
  • Use of gauges, tooling, and precision measurement
  • Hands-on training across multiple machine types
  • Work on real-world applications (government, airport fire trucks, tugboats)
