Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, content management systems, and sometimes certifications like CPTC can be beneficial. Excellent communication, collaboration, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly content are standout soft skills. These qualifications ensure technical documentation is accurate, accessible, and valuable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
