Center Director
Sylvan Learning Center
$48,000-$52,000 Base Salary + Monthly Performance Bonuses
Expected First-Year Compensation: $55,000-$65,000+

Sylvan Learning is seeking a dynamic Center Director to lead our established learning center and help students, families, and staff achieve their full potential.
This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing teams, solving problems, and helping families find the right educational solutions for their children.
While experience in education is valuable, we are equally interested in candidates with strong leadership, customer service, sales, business development, or operations experience.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and support a team of teachers and staff.
  • Build strong relationships with students and families.
  • Conduct educational consultations and enrollment conferences.
  • Help families select programs that best meet their child's needs.
  • Drive student retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with prospective families and inquiries.
  • Manage daily center operations and staff scheduling.
  • Support local marketing and community outreach efforts.
  • Monitor center performance and work toward growth goals.
  • Create a positive, student-focused culture.
