Warehouse Turret Operator

True Brands is currently seeking a Warehouse Turret Operator to provide operational support at our Indianapolis distribution center. The Warehouse Turret Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a Crown turret truck (turret forklift) to pick, move, and store inventory in a high-rack, narrow-aisle warehouse environment. This role supports accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and overall warehouse productivity while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Crown turret truck to pick, replenish, and put away product in high-bay racking
  • Accurately select inventory according to pick tickets or WMS instructions
  • Transport materials to designated staging or shipping areas
  • Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies or damaged goods
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Conduct pre-operation safety inspections of equipment
  • Follow all OSHA, company safety, and warehouse procedures
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (receiving, cycle counts, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous warehouse experience required; Crown turret truck experience strongly preferred
  • Valid forklift/turret certification (or ability to obtain certification)
  • Ability to work at heights and in narrow-aisle environments
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic math and inventory skills
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
