Job Title: Seasonal Apartment Turnover Employee

Reports to: Property Manager & Service Manager

Through our development and operations team DTN’s seeks to create and deliver unique experiences for those choosing a DTN home or apartment.

Job Summary

Seasonal Apartment Turnover Employees will perform multiple job functions to assist in the preparation of apartment homes for a new move in. This opportunity is a great and fun way to make extra cash during the summer and brush up on basic home repairs to implement at your own home.

As a Seasonal Apartment Turnover Employee, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Maintain curb appeal throughout property grounds and common areas
  • Touch up, clean, and remove litter from rental units
  • Touch up paint in rental unit and common areas
  • Move and set up furniture
  • Provide support to maintenance teams with tasks such as replacing light bulbs, blinds, and smoke detectors
  • Perform inspections of rental units
  • Other duties may be assigned based on property needs

Core Candidate Qualities:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule during the months of May, June, July and August
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work and utilize during the workday
  • The ability to exert/lift 25 to 50 lbs of force frequently and or 10 to 20 lbs consistently
  • Willingness to undergo a background check (criminal history does not automatically disqualify you)
  • Can do attitude and collaborative mindset – We all succeed by working as a team
  • An eye for detail – Our properties and team members are representing the DTN brand
  • Desire to provide great customer outcomes
