Currently, we are partnering with a leading company in the Life Sciences sector to recruit Turnover Engineers for a major pharmaceutical construction project based in Lebanon, Indiana. Key Responsibilities Implement and manage structured turnover plans, including system and subsystem completion. Coordinate turnover packages throughout the project lifecycle.

Plan and participate in system walkdowns with Construction, QA/QC, Commissioning, and Client representatives. Manage turnover documentation, ensuring all completion records and dossiers are accurate and complete. Coordinate punch list generation, tracking, and close-out.

Support Mechanical Completion, Systems Completion, commissioning readiness, and final client handover. Liaise with Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, Commissioning, and Operations teams while supporting project milestones and turnover schedules. Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in Turnover, Systems Completion, Mechanical Completion, Commissioning, or Project Handover.

Proven experience on large industrial, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, semiconductor, or mission-critical construction projects. Strong understanding of turnover documentation, handover processes, and systems completion. Experience managing system walkdowns and punch lists.

Experience coordinating with Construction, QA/QC, Commissioning, Engineering, and Client teams. Familiarity with mechanical and electrical building systems. Ability to work within multidisciplinary EPC or General Contractor environments.
