Bartender
- This position is responsible for providing service at the bar and providing support to the service staff by making service well drinks
- At least two years of experience in a similar restaurants and wine knowledge is required
- Hourly, plus tips and tip out with benefits available
- Work schedule includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reports to manager on duty
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced bartender to join our team at Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will work closely with other staff member to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Responsibilities
- Provide legendary service to bar guests according to standard operating procedures
- Have adequate menu knowledge and make guest recommendations
- Prep, stock, clean, and maintain bar to a high level of level of organization and cleanliness
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers according to established recipes and standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records of beverage usage and sales
- Check identification to verify that guests are of legal drinking age
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
- Enhance guest experience to encourage repeat visits
- Collaborate with other bar and restaurant staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation
