Job description

Lorien Encore is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, enjoys helping others, and values teamwork. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Pay Rate

  • $16 per hour

Receptionists are the first point of contact for our company. (Duties include) 

Greet residents, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Manage front desk operations, including visitor signin and badge distribution
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure reception area
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Communicate clearly with clinical and administrative departments
  • Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality standards at all times

Schedule & Availability

  • Part-Time  Hours

    • 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

  • Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
