The Opportunity

We are seeking a Landscape Foreman to take ownership of field operations and lead multiple crews on a variety of projects. This is an opportunity for an experienced landscaper who enjoys running complex jobs, building strong teams, and taking responsibility for delivering excellent work.

In this role, you will be trusted to manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate with leadership, and represent 4 Seasons Landscaping with professionalism. You will have room to grow your leadership skills, influence how work gets done, and advance your career with a growing company.


What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Lead, direct, and motivate crews of 4–6 team members to deliver high-quality landscaping and hardscaping work.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Operations leadership on scheduling, logistics, and meeting client expectations.
  • Read and interpret landscape designs and construction plans, turning them into clear tasks and field execution.
  • Train, mentor, and hold crew members accountable for safety, productivity, and workmanship standards.
  • Manage proper use, care, and accountability of equipment, materials, and tools on each job site.
  • Communicate with clients as needed on-site, ensuring questions are answered and concerns are addressed professionally.
  • Track production rates, monitor labor hours, and document project progress and issues.
  • Promote and model a culture based on Humility, Results, Excellence of Character, and Level Up 10X.
What Success Looks Like
  • Within your first 6–12 months, your projects are consistently completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards, with minimal rework.
  • Crew members are clear on expectations, working safely, and improving their skills under your direction.
  • Clients, Project Managers, and Operations leadership view you as a reliable, solutions-focused leader on every job.
  • Equipment, materials, and labor are used efficiently, with accurate documentation that helps improve future project planning.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of landscaping or construction experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership or crew lead role.
  • Hands-on knowledge of landscaping techniques, hardscaping, irrigation, and operation of common landscape equipment.
  • Proven ability to organize, lead, and manage teams of 4–6 people in the field.
  • Ability to read and execute from landscape blueprints and construction plans.
  • Strong communication, organization, and on-the-spot problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL is a plus.
  • Physical ability to lift, dig, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a strong plus.
