We are currently hiring for a Lawn Mowing Crew position, which may be filled at the Crew Member or Crew Leader level, depending on experience.

Responsibilities (Based on Experience Level)

All Team Members

  • Operate lawn maintenance equipment including mowers, edgers, string trimmers, and backpack blowers
  • Perform weekly mowing services, spring/fall clean-ups, and related tasks
  • Work as a team to complete routes efficiently and safely
  • Assist with basic equipment care and maintenance
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods

Crew Leader Level (Additional Responsibilities)

  • Lead and manage a crew of 2–5 team members
  • Ensure properties are serviced to quality standards
  • Strive to meet or exceed budgeted man-hour goals
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment for crew and clients

Qualifications

  • Prior lawn care experience required
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Leadership experience preferred for Crew Leader level
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (leader level)
  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday | Start time 6:45 -7:00 AM (weather dependent)
    Occasional schedule adjustments as needed

Pay & Benefits

  • $18–$22/hr – Lawn Crew Member level
  • $22–$28/hr – Lawn Crew Leader level
  • Pay based on experience and role responsibility
