Location: Dakota County, MN
Pay: $18–$35/hr (based on experience & responsibility)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Early start (6:45–7:00 AM) | Occasional weekends

About Total Turf Maintenance

Total Turf Maintenance is a family-owned company with 20+ years of experience serving the Scott and Dakota County area. We provide landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, and snow removal services. We’re known for our quality workmanship, professional equipment, and year-round employment opportunities.

We are currently hiring for a Landscape Crew position that can be filled at either the Crew Member or Crew Leader level, depending on experience.

Responsibilities (Experience-Based)

  • Install landscaping materials including mulch, rock, plants, and softscape elements
  • Assist with or lead hardscape projects
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
  • Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete projects on time
  • Crew Leader level:
    • Lead and communicate with crew members
    • Oversee daily job execution and quality
    • Coordinate closely with the Landscape Project Manger

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Prior landscaping experience preferred (required for leadership level)
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Leadership experience a plus (not required for entry level)
  • Ability to obtain or hold a DOT Medical Card (for leadership roles)

Pay & Benefits

  • $18–$24/hr – Landscape Crew Member level
  • $25–$35/hr – Landscape Crew Leader level
  • Pay based on experience and responsibility
