Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience, plus bonuses


As a Turf Route Manager, you will be responsible for managing a route of 400-500 customers, delivering excellent account management and customer service. You will perform turfgrass applications, fertilization, disease control, and other lawn care services.


Responsibilities

Manage and maintain a route of 400-500 residential and commercial lawn care customers

Perform weed control, fertilization, and other turf treatments

Provide exceptional customer service and account management

Handle turf bid requests and create proposals for potential clients

Efficiently manage daily routes to ensure timely and quality service

Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive lawn care solutions


What We Look for in a RYAN Turf Route Manager

Enjoys building relationships with customers, employees, and industry partners

Requirements

3+ years of experience in the green or agricultural industry preferred

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in agronomy, turfgrass, or agricultural sciences is a plus

Valid Driver's License and DOT certification required

Holds a state-issued pesticide applicator license (turfgrass) 

Ability to lift 50 pounds
