The Senior Product Owner for Outpatient Phase 2 owns product direction and delivery outcomes for the assigned phase of the outpatient registration product roadmap.


Key Responsibilities:

Own Phase 2 product vision, feature prioritization, backlog health, release scope, and decision alignment.

Translate business objectives into epics, stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, product narratives, and measurable outcomes.

Coordinate with business partners, vendors, engineering, QA, architecture, UX, finance, and operations to align delivery expectations.

Lead tradeoff discussions across scope, timeline, value, and technical feasibility.

Participate in design reviews, stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, demos, UAT planning, and release readiness checkpoints.

Define and review product KPIs/OKRs, adoption feedback, delivery progress, and post-implementation effectiveness.

Required Skills and Knowledge Areas:

Education and Experience:

7+ years of product ownership, product management, business analysis, or digital product delivery experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Healthcare registration or patient-facing digital experience.

Experience with roadmap strategy, enterprise rollout, KPI measurement, and operational readiness.

Level / Context Differentiators:

Phase 2 emphasis: ensures near‑term phase scope is clearly defined, executable, measurable, and aligned to roadmap objectives.


Working Conditions:

Office or remote/hybrid delivery environment depending on program staffing model.

Requires collaboration across time zones and coordination with onshore, near‑shore, and offshore delivery teams where applicable.

Requires regular use of computer equipment, collaboration tools, Agile work management tools, and technical delivery platforms.

May require occasional flexibility for release events, production support needs, stakeholder workshops, or critical delivery milestones.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $38.37/hour - $59.95/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
