Forklift And Tugger Operator

We are currently hiring experienced Forklift and Tugger Operators for both Day Shift and Night Shift. If you're a safety-focused operator with a strong work history in fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environments, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive starting pay of $20.00+/hour based on experience and qualifications.

Position Summary

The Forklift & Tugger Operator is responsible for safely transporting raw materials, finished goods, and production supplies throughout the facility while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards. Candidates must have extensive warehouse equipment experience and be comfortable working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Pay

Starting at $20.00+/hour (based on experience)

Schedule

Day Shift Available Night Shift Available 12-hour rotating schedule

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of verifiable forklift and warehouse equipment experience (required)
  • Previous experience operating forklifts and electric tuggers in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Stable work history with strong attendance
  • Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and work throughout a 12-hour shift
  • Must successfully pass a forklift skills evaluation before operating equipment

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport materials throughout the facility. Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately. Supply production lines with materials while maintaining continuous workflow. Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns. Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures. Maintain accurate inventory movement using scanners and warehouse systems. Work closely with production, warehouse, and logistics teams. Keep work areas clean and organized using 5S principles. Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
