Architectural Metals, a segment of Apogee Enterprises, is seeking Summer Production Associates to join our team in Wausau. This seasonal opportunity offers competitive pay, hands-on manufacturing experience, and multiple shift options.

Pay
  • Starting at $19.50 per hour

  • Additional $2.00 per hour shift premium for 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, and Night Shift positions

  • Monday - Friday
  • 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
3rd Shift
  • Sunday - Thursday
  • 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
12-Hour Day Shift (2-2-3 Schedule)
  • 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
12-Hour Night Shift (2-2-3 Schedule)
  • 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • Eligible for $2.00/hour shift premium
What You'll Do
  • Receive, move, and organize materials throughout the facility

  • Assist with inventory management and material flow

  • Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment

  • Read and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures

  • Perform basic computer data entry

  • Use hand tools and measuring devices as needed

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment

  • Cross-train in multiple areas to support production needs

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to read a tape measure

  • Ability to use hand tools

  • Ability to follow written work instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely

  • Reliable attendance and willingness to learn
