What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator I, you will help produce quality architectural products by operating manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient environment. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn new equipment and grow your manufacturing career.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate production machinery and equipment
  • Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed
  • Read work orders, blueprints, and production instructions
  • Use measuring tools to ensure product quality and accuracy
  • Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning and lubrication
  • Identify and report equipment or quality concerns
  • Work safely while supporting team production goals
  • Cross-train in multiple production areas and equipment

  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
