Job description

Tube Bending Technician

Location:Orlando, FL
Pay: $25–$28/hour DOE
Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Position Summary:Seeking a skilled Tube Bending & Tubing Assembly Technician to fabricate and install precision tubing systems supportingpower equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with tube bending compression fittings, mechanical assembly, and reading engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate manual, electric, and hydraulic tube-bending equipment.
  • Measure, cut, deburr, bend, route, and assemble stainless-steel tubing.
  • Install Swagelok, Parker, and similar compression fittings.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, tubing schematics, BOMs, and work instructions.
  • Verify dimensions, bend angles, radii, and overall assembly requirements using precision measuring tools.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections and correct fit-up issues.
  • Complete production and inspection documentation.
  • Follow AS9100, quality, and safety procedures.
  • Work with Engineering, Quality, and Production to resolve fabrication issues.

Qualifications

  • Experience in tube bending, tubing fabrication, mechanical assembly, or precision manufacturing.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and use calipers, angle gauges, and other measuring tools.
  • Experience with stainless steel/instrumentation tubing preferred.
  • Swagelok/Parker fitting experience preferred.
  • AS9100 experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
