This position is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry requirements. The role serves as the subject matter expert for quality systems and compliance activities, leading internal and external audits, assessing risks, and driving corrective actions to support operational excellence and organizational objectives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintenance and continuous improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure compliance with applicable customer, regulatory, industry, and company quality requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
  • Assess audit findings, compliance risks, and quality system performance; develop and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
  • Communicate quality system performance, compliance concerns, and business risks to leadership.
  • Develop, review, and maintain quality policies, procedures, standards, and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams regarding quality system requirements and best practices.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support certification and regulatory activities, ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable standards.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to drive process improvements and resolve quality system issues.
  • May coordinate activities of other quality personnel and serve as a technical lead on quality system initiatives.
  • Support and comply with company policies and programs related to safety, quality, security, ethics, and regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:

Benefits are available 1st of the month following date of hire.
Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
