The Documentation Control Associate gathers, compiles and maintains TTM data. This position breaks down travelers and other important historical records for collection and input of TTM data into the internal databases. Reviews data collected by lot, verifies for accuracy, and sorts the information prior to scanning the data. This position also tracks certificates of compliance and accurate associates the information with the proper processed production
This position maintains the historical documentation database designed for storage and record retention.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Gather and track PCB lot information and enter the data into customer database.
  • Compile and maintain TTM data (the database) for historical records
  • Gather and find applicable forms for record retention.
  • Assist in the verification, sorting and filing of certificates of conformance for raw materials
  • Attention to detail to ensure no historical records are store incorrectly or lost
  • Implement own recommendations and see projects through to completion.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to processes increasing efficiency.
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to give and receive information accurately.
  • Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately; to organize facts and figures; apply basic arithmetic.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School or G.E.D. equivalent required.
  • Minimum one-year manufacturing industry experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • Skill in finding information, locating travelers, performing correct data input. Good communication, verbal and written is required.
  • Must be detail orientated
  • Strong attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to work with other departments and team members to verify and gather the correct information.
  • Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
